Guido silvano
CEO & founder
Born in 1994 in Lerici, maritime suburb of the Province.
After graduating from classical studies and a year in the United States as an exchange student, attracted by the fascination for Japanese culture, he decided to study Asian Languages, Markets and Cultures.
Graduated in Bologna with honors, with clear ideas about his future, formed also thanks to the important experience in Sweden as an Erasmus student, he found in the Master Start-Up Route the necessary inspiration to lead Dotevè.Enrico Samarughi
Vice President
Born in 1993 in Rome but living in Montemarcello, a village of Roman origins set between the sea and the hills within the Regional Natural Park of Montemarcello-Magra-Vagra.
After numerous trips and the experience of Erasmus in Seville, the need to reassess the beauties of his adopted land – in particular the small villages – in terms of tourism, on the winning Andalusian model, becomes a priority.
His dream is to protect the park from pollution thanks to widespread, conscious and sustainable tourism.
Marta Michelis
Marketing & Media Manager
Born in 1994 in the hills of La Spezia, newly graduated in Communication for the company, Media Management and Event Organization at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, where it became interested in sustainable tourism issues deepened during a research period in Sweden.
Active socially, currently at European level, passionate about travel and new communication approaches with a great desire to get involved and to bring the learned models to places lived and visited in their own territory.

IT Manager
Born in 1974, originally from La Spezia.
He has been working in the field of new technologies for 20 years with a careful eye on technological innovation linked to the environment, social sustainability and business ethics.

After a long experience outside Italy he returned to support and accompany the dissemination of ethical and sustainable entrepreneurship.
Always attentive in the formation of motivated and balanced work groups, he trained many new graduates in the field of Information Technology and Software Development for new technologies.
