The reservation is free and will have a validity of fifteen minutes compared to the agreed time. Failing this, the reservation will be canceled and Dotevè will be free to proceed with the sale of the service to another user.
All smartphones supplied with the vehicle are geo-located via GPS system, in order to guarantee a mere non-continuous tracking aimed only at the use of the Dotevè App, the need for roadside assistance and to ensure the safety of the moped and users. By signing the Service Sales Contract, the user acknowledges and accepts that the smartphone is equipped with geo-location systems for the purpose of using the App Dotevè, need for roadside assistance and to ensure the safety of the scooter and of the users.
Any payment by the buyer can be made by credit card, prepaid card, debit card or any other electronic payment and cash, except for the deposit which can only be paid by credit card. The details must be provided by the user when signing the service sales contract.
